You can pay for group bookings online, or I can send you an invoice. Contact me using the form on this page or email accounts@janeturnersolutions.co.uk if you need me to include a purchase order number, or if you need any further details about payment arrangements.
Any group bookings made online will be provisional until confirmed by email. I will email you within three working days to confirm your booking or to offer alternative dates.
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact me as soon as possible on training@janeturnersolutions.co.uk. You can cancel or reschedule for free if there are more than 14 days to the booking. There will be a 25% fee for cancellations within 14 days of the booking, 50% fee for less than a week's notice and 75% fee for anything within 48 hours. There will be a full charge for any non-refundable expenses I have incurred, such as train fares or accommodation bookings.
